Well, folks,
I've to reinstall all (3.3 --> 3.4), because mysql 4 doesn't work for me.
I've tryed all, source, pkg ...
Now I've installed a pkg, but the mysql server doesn't work.
I've always the same log:
observe# /usr/local/bin/mysqld_safe &
[1] 28555
observe# Abort
Abort
Starting mysqld daemon with databases from /var/mysql
040228 12:34:38 mysqld ended
The same with --user=_mysql, and --user=root.
I've tryed to set the shlib dir too in my rc.conf:
shlib_dirs="/usr/local/lib/{mysql}"
but nothing.
This is my ktrace:

It's possible, a pid file problem?
There's someone that uses mysql 4.0 over openbsd 3.3, and would help me?
thanks for your support
Regards
Andrea
