ISDN-Question

Today I talked with an developer of MirBSD and he told me that MirBSD send
a patch/port for ISDN to OpenBSD but it wasn't included.

So could somebody told me WHY oBSD reject this patch/port for ISDN?!

And please come down guys: Don't make a flamewar..
I'm just interested why this patch never included into openBSD and why
openBSD can't handle ISDN. I think ISDN was included into 2.6 (or?) so why
isn't it in 3.4?

I know that this topic is a littlebit difficuolt but I only wanna know the
technical answer why ISDN isn't a part of oBSD and NO personal stuff like
(MirBSD isn't/is blbla". :)
