Re-4: Soekris net4501 & syslogd
Syslogd is started with parameter -p /tmp/log and creates the alternative
log socket there (if I'm not mislead), 'cause it's the only writable medium
(mfs ramdisk /tmp) where it can be created.
Or am I getting sth wrong here?
