dialin and callback

I've been trying to dial into a MS-Windows2000 server, which is set up
with callback.
I've the following section in ppp.conf and it works to the point where
the server calls back, but my modem is not waiting to answer the call.
So, what else should I set to make the same modem (/dev/tty02) answer
the returning call right after successfully completing the dial-in phase?
The calling back server needs chap authentication, so ppp will be needed
to authenticate the dialing-in user.
