FIRST, Could you try this from ukc>
   ukc> disable wsmux
   quit
and see if it boots nicely?

I realize it isn't what you want to hear, but it would be nice if I'm
wrong on this.


If that doesn't fix it, could you try unplugging your CF flash reader?
(might have to unplug it from the inside of the machine).  Another idea:
disable ohci* (your USB stuff), which would achive much the same results.

However, start with wsmux.  And let us know what happens...
