Hi guys, I have installed OpenBSD 3.5 on laptop Mitac 7521T, and it
work well enough. The main problem is the sound.
I have a sis7018 integrated card...but with generic kernel it doesn't play.
>From dmesg:
autri0 at pci0 dev 1 function 4 "SIS 7018 Audio" rev 0x02: irq 9
ac97: codec id 0x43525934 (Cirrus Logic CS4299 rev 4)
ac97: codec features headphone, 20 bit DAC, 18 bit ADC, Crystal Semi 3D
audio0 at autri0
I have also use the xmix mixer for lift the volume, but I feel only
the beep sound in console.
How can I resolve this problem?
Thanks in advance
