problem with network performance, good speed only in one direction

Hi!
I've got a problem with my second pc which uses 3.5 (not updated yet),
when I do uploads through WinSCP e.g. I can upload with 2mb/s (not fast
indeed ...), but when I try to recieve files from that pc, I can only
recieve with 10kbytes/s. Doesn't matter whether I try through WinSCP or
an FTP-client. The problem is, I want to backup that data (~3gb).
I'm an OpenBSD beginner and I have no idea how to solve that problem, I
hope someone else can help me ?
I already tried some hardware changes (different switches (always
100mbps), cables etc) without success. Same problem when I try to
recieve the files on another computer.

Best regards,
Vincent

P.S.:
