Sorry for the mis-characterization.  Xen is like VM370. It runs in ring 0
with the guest os software running in ring 1 and application software 
running in ring 3.. That means that Openbsd would have to be ported 
to Xen, not the other way around. The creators of Xen say porting an 
OS to Xen is not difficult and the performance of Xen is close to that 
of the os running natively. They have a port for Netbsd already.
