Hi,

you should learn, how to configure OpenBSD. Most configuration is done in
file /etc/rc.conf and /etc/rc.conf.local. A simple command like "grep -i
mouse rc*" gives: 

rc.conf:# For enabling console mouse support (i386 and alpha only)
rc.conf:wsmoused_flags=NO       # for ps/2 or usb mice: "", serial: "-p
/dev/cua00"

So you simply can change this line in rc.conf or better add a line in
rc.conf.local.
