Try using the Sender: header.  For reasons unknown to me, it sometimes
varies from "owner-misc@openbsd.org" to "misc-owner@openbsd.org", but
if you put both of these in your procmail rules, it should filter
fine.  The same scheme works for all the other OpenBSD lists.
