500 Internal Server Error...

Hello,

I am running OpenBSD 3.6 with the default Apache 1.3.29
When I access any static HTML page it gets displayed properly.
But, whenever I try to run any CGI, eg. http://localhost/cgi-bin/printenv
It gives me:
"500 Internal Server Error"

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was
unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, you@your.address and inform
them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done
that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

I am no whiz at Apache configuration, I'm sure I've screwed up the
file (have attached them).

Can someone please give me pointers about how I could recitify this?
