hi.
the deltas come regularily, but due to mail probs i lost some deltas
in past, thus i cannot use the newer deltas. the ftp site does not
contain deltas nor bases, and there is no mention of ctm in "Getting
Source" list at www.openbsd.org
is ctm dead?
