1) Can you run your cgi's on the command line?
2) Have you edited them with a DOS editor and ftp'd to the server? If so,
check for extranous "^M"s - they will choke Perl.
3) Can you run the stock Apache cgi test (like printenv)?
4) What was the error message in the logs?
