While building a newer version of argus[1] I noticed some compilation
errors. It turns out to be a change in /usr/include/netinet/igmp.h from
IGMP_v1_HOST_MEMBERSHIP_REPORT to IGMP_V1_MEMBERSHIP_REPORT.

Just out of curiosity, what was the reason for the change? It shouldn't be a
big deal to work around, but my curiosity has me asking in hopes that
someone can answer.
