This is correct.  All of the 'Nocona' processors with stepping E-0 or later
have NX support.  There are D-0 verisons of the processors that do not have
NX support.  I have not had the chance to run OpenBSD on a 'Nocona' based
system yet(driver issue), but running RedHat EL 3 on a non-NX processor can
lead to issues (100% CPU utilization and hung processes/drivers).
