Hmm, I guess that "no such map" might be requests one of the maps 
mail.byname or mail.aliases. These seems to be created from the aliases
file on at least SunOS 4.1.x. I'll take a look at it, but it seems like
sendmail is used to create mail.aliases and mkalias to create mail.byaddr.
At least mkalias is needed to be written, and I don't know if our sendmail
can create the map.

An alternative if aliases isn't used is to create two empty maps.
