Kerberos passwd problem

Hello all,

Thank you for your hard work. I really appreciate it. I've been using
various UNIX systems, but I must say I love it. Seems to me my last
message didn't get through, here is my another try. (Maybe my company's
Outlook/MSES is doing something.)

I'm having a problem with changing Kerberos passwords for non-privileged
users and wondering if anyone could help me to figure it out...

Passwd for a normal user fails with following messages after typing both
old and new passwords:

passwd in free(): warning: junk pointer, too high to make sense.
Couldn't access ticket file attempting to change password.
Password NOT changed.

The same session for root instances works fine. Then I compiled passwd
with -g. HOWEVER the binary *works* fine if run under GDB.

I thought Kerberos might have problems. But the same session with the
same server on FreeBSD changed passwords successfully, I guess something
wrong with passwd in OpenBSD...

(BTW, finally got my cd. it took two weeks, which is not bad from Canada
to Boston, I think)
