Many of the people on this list really dislike getting HTML mailed to them.
HTML is for web pages :-). Please adjust your mailer so that you send
plain text only to the lists at OpenBSD.

OpenBSD 2.4 came out in Decemer. OpenBSD 2.3 came out the middle of
last year. I don't think anybody can even remember OpenBSD 2.2. :-)
It is important to understand that, particularly for "systems type"
applications that have specialized hooks into the kernel, you often
can't move programs from one release to another and expect them to
work.

I presume that by "natd" you mean the Network Address Translation.
I would suggest that, rather than try to fiddle around with nat
and try to get it to work on your 2.2 system, upgrade to 2.4 and use
the "ipnat" program that is built in. There are many hundreds of
improvements from 2.2 to 2.4 - check the web site for a list.
