termcap - F1 .. F10 and editor joe

Hello,

I am new to OpenBSD and have some question.

I use OpenBSD 2.4 and the editor joe (2.8) from the port.
In the configfile /usr/share/lib/joe/jstarrc they wrote:

but when i edit a file joe use for the F1 Key the F5 Key and so on.
It seemed that he do not know the F1 - F4 Keys.

What entries must i change in /etc/termcap or
what Terminalemulation do you use for a PC-Keybord?
