arla compile problems

I'm getting the error while compiling /usr/src/usr.sbin/afs
that it can't find /usr/src/usr.sbin/afs/ydr/../src/ydr/parse.h

parse.h does indeed not exist, Any ideas???

Platform is Sun-SPARC 4m, source is from the 2.4 CD
