I think it is exactry my case. So I did...

> 	% cd /usr/ports/editors/xemacs/ && make

but failed... I can only see odd screen...
First I did 

% cd /usr/ports/editors/xemacs/ && make USE_MULE=YES

then I saw odd screen so I "make deinstall" and "rm -rf ./work" and just 
"make" next time. However, I could not be happy.

What should I do...
