Err.

Well.  Frankly I thought my whole resource conflict theory was more
credible.  Especially given that I've had problems with this MB and that
sort of thing in the past.  (used to not boot properly.  Shuffled my video
card and network card and it worked fine.  Scary peesee voodoo.)
