I failed again... (;;)

On X, it had no problem but on tty such as kterm NO Japanese
characters come up.

I searched on the web and found somebody (Japanese) mentioning that
"XEmacs-20.4" doesn't show us Japanese characters or any other
characters than us-ascii. Go to 21.* if you want to use tty."

I am now trying to hand patch using the patch-a* for the 20.4
version. However.., as it is the first time to do such thing I am not
sure I can make it well. I'm now on 14% of "configure" file.... It's
very very big job for me...
