Yes, this is the right place, but nobody can help you if you don't give us
the details of your problem. Follow the installation instructions very
carefully, write down what you are doing and also what you see on the
screen.
But first, take a few minutes to read the text file i386/INSTALL.i386
There are two steps to preparing the disk: fdisk, similar to the DOS FDISK
tells OpenBSD how much of the disk it can use, and disklabel, which
subdivides the fdisk partition into partitions for your filesystems.
