need testing: devel/p5-Curses, p5-Curses-Widgets

A couple of new ports for testing; these ones are the perl
bindings for the Curses library.  Also included is a high
level library for widget control in perl that is very
nice.

It's only been tested on i386, so other architectures would
be good.  To test it, untar it into ports/devel, and make the
p5-Curses-Widgets port, and then run the demo in
/usr/local/share/examples/p5-Curses-Widgets/demo.pl
to see it in action.
