need testing: vmailmgr

Here's a port of Bruce Guenter's vmailmgr package, which
is a great way to handle multiple virtual domains using
qmail.  It includes a socket daemon via which administration
interfaces can communicate with the system, and also an
authentication module for use with Courier-IMAP.

Tested on i386, 2.8; other architectures would be appreciated.
