new Mailman port ready for testing

Hi all,

I have a new Mailman port ready for testing which fixes the problems
of my last one and goes further as well. It is attached to this email
and also is available at:

  http://www.src.uchicago.edu/~wngdn/Mailman.tar.gz

(The $Id$ tags in the files are there because I'm working on this in
my own CVS repository.)

I'm particularly curious how it does with different versions of python
pre-installed. It defaults to installing python2, but I believe that
if any python is installed it will leave well enough alone.

It now creates a user and group for mailman if it doesn't find them.

Fake installs don't work, and are problematic because of the .py ->
.pyc compilation. I understand from Jason Ish that in a fake install
this compiles in the full fake path including WRKINST. Fixes are
welcome.

Packaging is problematic because Mailman compiles in the UID and GID
of the 'mailman' user and group to one of its wrappers. Alternative
solutions are welcome in this area as well (it's a little over my
head).

I have tested on i386, so testing on other architechtures would also
be great.

Thanks,

Wangden
