ports for review: graphics/glut && graphics/gle

I have for your approval and inclusion (once the tree thaws of course) two
new ports for the graphics area.

First is graphics/glut. GLUT is the OpenGL Utility Toolkit. It used to be
included in the Mesa package. Now that Mesa/OpenGL is included in
XFree-current the GLUT package is no longer in there (this didn't effect
any current ports).

Second is graphics/gle. GLE is the Extrusion and Tubing library that
provides an API for creating extruded surfaces, generally with OpenGL. It
requires GLUT.

To whomever analyzes these ports:

I am unsure if some of the methodologies I choose in porting these
libraries is correct. Please check the 'post-extract' sections and inform
me of other ports I can use as a refrence for fixing them.

Thanks.
