Two new ports

Hi there,

    I just did two new ports, would somebody help me to look at it ?

    - gpa (GnuPG Assistant), graphical frontend for GunPG
    - p5-Net_SSLeay, perl module to access ssl or develop client..

    Two files are in shar format, and in plaintext, for more details
    about this two ports, please read the file. Thank you !
