xmms port

here's an experimental native OpenBSD audio driver for xmms, and some
patches (symbol resolution among other things made the plugin system
unusable).

it is only for *testing* against xmms 1.2.5-pre1. once it is proved
stable i'll look into making a port for 1.2.4.

it currently supports playback (quality is excellent on my eap), mixer
and downsampling. real-time playback is not yet supported (eg. diddling
with the position will give funky results), but that's the only thing i
really like about xmms, so rest assured i'm looking into it =).
