bug in mutt port

The port has options in the Makefile for pop and imap flavors, which
are invalidated by an else statement at the end of the slang/curses
FLAVOR tests.

Apologies for the lag of a complete bugrep, I'll send something better
along later after system install is complete. I don't know how common
that .else statement is at any rate, at the very least it should get
moved at the end of the .if blocks, and get an @ in front of the echo.
