net/gaim update

The current version of gaim in the ports tree is old and can no longer
log on because of changes to the AOL protocol.  There is currently no
maintainer, so here is an update to the latest version.  Although the
ports tree is supposed to only include stable packages, it is
necessary to run the latest version in order to log on to AOL.

I'm having problems with the do-install part of the Makefile.  I'm not
exactly sure how it's supposed to be done, and so the make install
fails.  Other than that the rest of the port should be fine.  This is
my first time at updating a port, so please let me know what I'm doing
wrong.  The files are attached.
