New port suggestion: audio/mad

Hello,

I have a sugestion for the ports tree.  It's MAD, a high-quality
MPEG audio encoder capable of 24-bit output. All computations are
performed with fixed-point integer arithmetic, making it ideal
for systems without a floating-point unit. The implementation is
entirely new, based on the ISO/IEC standards. The code consists
of a library (libmad), a command-line front-end (madplay), and a
plug-in for Winamp. (http://freshmeat.net/projects/mad/)

My experiences:
It compiles without any errors on OpenBSD 2.8 (release) and the
quality of the output is a lot better than mpg123's.
But it doesn't support features like reading HTTP streams...
