snes9x

Here's a port for the snes9x Super Nintendo emulator.

Note: You need a kernel built from sources as of today for sound to
work. A fix was committed last night to sys/compat/ossaudio/ossaudio.c
that's needed for this.

Please test and let me know of any problems.
