sattrack port is broken

The sattrack port has a script called "gettle" that retrieves the latest
TLE files via
FTP from the net.  Unfortunately it tries to do so from
archive.afit.af.mil, which no
longer seems to exist.

It may be possible to fetch similar files from:
  http://oig1.gsfc.nasa.gov/files/
but that would mean changing the FTP retrieval to Lynx retrieval.

I am willing to work on this, but I have very little (read none)
experience with
SatTrack.

So if anyone has any suggestions, now is the time to speak up!
