simply because the nls stuff breaks the install for some people (something
about intl includes, i haven't looked into it yet). xmms comes bundled with
its own gettext, it must have something to do with it. agreed i should have
marked the "nls" flavor as broken. when it works for everyone, i'll remove
the flavor
