New port mail/smtpclient

Hello,

smtpclient is a minimal SMTP client that takes an email
message body and passes it on to an SMTP server.  Since
it is completely self-supporting, it is especially suitable
for use in restricted environments.  I have tested the port
on 2.9 i386 and works fine.  You can find it here:
