ipfm is in the ports tree.  However, one feature ipfm lacks for packet
counting, over ipfilter's count rule, is the ability to count all traffic
to or from a given service across multiple IPs (e.g. 'count in from any to
any port = 80').

I can't find either of those in the current ports tree.  It looks like
bandmin uses ipfilter's count rules, while the "Internet Professionals
Association" and the like get in the way of finding ipa. :-)
