Here is my shot at the separation of mutt into stable and snapshot
versions.  I've moved the current mutt into mutt/stable and put 1.3.20i
in mutt/snapshot.  I've taken the maintainership of 1.3.20i and left
fgsch@ as the maintainer of mutt/stable.

Please, test and comment.
