Midnight Commander

Hello folks,
I find the midnight commander port (misc/mc) still
brokedn. As I use mc compiled by myself quite heavily,
I found that the latest version and 4.5.1 both work well.

If desired, I could put mc into a working port, althjough
I cannot guarantee for correctness (i.e. security auditing).
OI just can make a port that compiles, installs and works correctly.

If this could go into 3.1 before release I would start making
it today or tomorrow, and then send to the list for further testuing,
as I only have i386 and pmax availabke (and no monitor for pmax).
