New Port: xtset

A port of  xtset as featured at:

is available from
   http://sebastian.msmith.net/~sams/xtset-1.0-port.tar.gz
 unpack in /usr/ports


I'm not sure if it's actually worth committing to the tree (post
freeze) but it was done for other reasons.
It sets various variables related to xterms.
