cdrtools port submissions have been floating around since before
the release of OpenBSD 3.0.

The cdrtools distribution includes a variety of programs.  It is
unclear just which of these should be included in the OpenBSD
package, and in fact which ones even run on OpenBSD.  Also, some
programs conflict with older versions that are part of the OpenBSD
base system.

As far as I know, these issues have never been satisfactorily
resolved.
