Testers! Lend me your package testing results

    At 35.8.65.46 there is a simple set of pages to keep track of 
packages testied.  Email me with your info and I will update things.

    This is NOT an optimal solution for keeping track of package
status, but is enough to work for the moment and not take up 
much time to implement.

    I've been testing things on i386 and will be updating with
my results later today.  So far two people have given me their
testing results.

    I have data for i386 only.  Is anyone testing packages on any
of the other six platforms?

    Let's try and coordinate testing efforts to make the 3.1 package 
set really decent...
