Hi,
again a kde-2.2.2 testing report, hopefully more complete this time:)
$ uname -a
OpenBSD werkel 3.1 GENERIC#26 i386
trying to start kde the first time for this user, launching X from kdm,
gives this error:

It looks like dcopserver is already running. If you are sure
that it is not already running, remove /home/alfie/.DCOPserver_chef_:0
and start dcopserver again.

Trying a second time, kde starts gracefully. Konqueror seems to idle 2 sec
in filebrowser-mode, looks like some sort of socket-timeout to me.
(There is no output given from konqueror when started from a xterm, seems
like he is feeling fine).
kmail starts, but only gives a composer-window, after closing that it won't
start at all. The process has to be killed with -9. Normal kill just shows
kmail in runnable mode according to ps -ax.
knode won't start , but the running process can be killed normally (-15).
After logging out and logging in as another user running fvwm2,
konqueror runs and is as fast as usual in filebrowser-mode. Maybe this
output of konqueror started from xterm is a hint, aspecially the first
line:

knode doesn't run either but doesn't complain, only the process is running
which can easily be killed using SIGTERM.
kmail stops after creating the mailbox, must be killed with -9.
ksirc dumps core due to a memory fault.
