I'm working on porting multiple cd-burning front ends.  This is why I
happen to use all of the tools included in the cdrtools package.  Every
frontend uses (or has support for) a different fraction of the tools.

>From a cdrtools-only stand point, leaving out the aforementioned
utilities is not a problem. It will definitely break some front ends,
which you don't care about.

I'm using i386 only, so I have no idea if use of the tools under other
arch's breaks anything.
