Probably not.  The programs and manpages don't take up much space,
and as Jolan pointed out, most frontends will want something
from all the packages anyway, which would lead to RUN_DEPENDS
bloat since they would have to name each package.

I do notice a possible problem, or at least annoyance.  The manpages
are installed in an OBJ directory, which breaks 'make clean', since
the manpages and their directories are owned by root.

I'll look into fixing this and resubmit a unified port.
