new email address for me + nail-10.4 soon too

Hi,

I just wanted to say that the email address listed for me in
MAINTAINER of mail/nail is unreachable.  I think I need to change
it to this one instead...

So, if anyone has tried to reach me in the past week..?  Please
contact me at this address instead .. listed in 'From: '.

I almost have nail-10.4 ready, but I still try to find a little
bug.  No biggie, but I noticed it and felt compelled to track it
down.  More importantly though, this update will fix a segfault
when MIME boundaries in a message are not correct.

William Yodlowsky reported this quite some time ago WRT nail-10.3.
