New powerpc packages snapshot

I just copied another powerpc packages snapshot onto the FTP space.  It
is built with latest and greatest propolice patches, and now there is no
more propolice build time breakage.

But the only way now to find the real bugs is by trying out those
packages... so please do so.  There are significant differences from the
latest snapshot, even though it is barely a week newer.

So far I have heard only one report of breakage, and that is worrying.
