RFC: Gammu next take

Here's another update of gammu 0.67 for testing.

fixes -
documentation now installed in /usr/local/share/doc/gammu not
/usr/local/doc/gammu.
Fixed permissions on documentation. While mode 666 may look kool to
demons not so kool in reality. changed to mode 644.
