pork submission updated

I've updated my pork port in the following ways:

- now uses ${SYSCONFDIR} for system-wide porkrc (prodding by margarida@)
- example perl scripts are now put in share/examples/pork

I've gotten private reports that pork works on macppc and sparc64 in
addition to i386.
